戶型解析

設(shè)計(jì)需求 / 本案是建業(yè)城市花園230m²戶型，業(yè)主是一對(duì)年輕的夫妻，以及他們剛剛出生的小寶貝，想要預(yù)留一間保姆房。雖然是二手房，但業(yè)主想要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造一個(gè)比較有設(shè)計(jì)感的家居空間，室內(nèi)空間戶型較大，業(yè)主喜歡簡約又不簡單的感覺，希望這次裝修能夠裝出自己的審美和格調(diào)。

Design needs / This case is the construction industry city garden secondhand room, the owner is a young couple, and they just born baby, want to reserve a nanny room. 簡約不等于簡單，是經(jīng)過深思熟慮后，創(chuàng)新出的設(shè)計(jì)和思路延展，并不是簡單的“堆砌”和平淡的“擺放”，優(yōu)雅的設(shè)計(jì)格調(diào)，讓整個(gè)空間特別有生命力與活力，以極致的當(dāng)代設(shè)計(jì)美學(xué)呈現(xiàn)，并擁有屬于自己的藝術(shù)，體現(xiàn)出簡約性的設(shè)計(jì)元素：幾何線條顯現(xiàn)的清晰結(jié)構(gòu)和秩序感。

客廳

客廳空間比較大，采用了圍合式沙發(fā)，能體現(xiàn)出客廳的大氣感，電視背景墻采用巖板加柜臺(tái)的搭配組合，簡約而不簡單，彰顯業(yè)主低調(diào)又不失品味。

主臥把北向房間納入主臥空間，增加了衣帽間的功能，使主臥更加完善，有大平層該有的功能和體量。
